Facilities
The
BioRobotics lab founded by Prof. B. Hannaford at the University
of Washington is a 1200 ft^2 research facility currently shared
by Prof. Chizeck and Prof. Rosen and their collaborators.
This lab serves as a melting pot of research, technology and
human resources in Robotics and Biomedical Engineering. The
Biorobotics Lab is working closely with the Center
of Video Endoscopic Surgery (CVES).
The CVES lab is frequently used for studies associated with
surgery.

Assembly cell tooling and parts feeder for 5-part assembly
using XY2000 robot.
